distortions, clicking, popping, weird tones...help please

Sound Issues. They're driving me nuts!

1) I get this low yet annoying clicking slash popping sound when i play certain instruments.

2) There's some distortion (vibrating sound) coming for the right channel.

3) I recorded a mix the other day and noticed a very subtle, yet extremely annoying "metronomish" sound in the background.


Other than shooting myself or using a jackhammer to destroy my computer, does anyone have any suggestions on how i can stop this madness.
