Is Ableton closed for business on weekends?

I haven't gotten a response from support at Ableton for the last couple of days. Does anyone here know if they take the weekend off?

they take weekends off and usually bern has to find them all scattered across the various berlin clubs using the company van on monday mornings.

he went on to say i like michael schumacher but i dont know why he retired.
