Grrr! Midi clips randomly transposing when I move them.

Live 6.06b5, Zebra 2.01

I have some midi clips I made in Session view, and now I'm trying to arrange them in arrange view. However, everytime I touch one with the mouse cursor, or move it somehow, it randomly transposes the contents of the MIDI clips in my project. Everytime time I touch a midi clip, my whole song goes wacko out of tune. WTF?

No, just tried it. Damn, this combo was how I was planning on doing my entire next CD. Like, this is all I'm doing for the next 8 months, and I can even touch a midi clip in Arrange View?

U-he and Ableton are two companies whose product I choose in large part based on their customer support practices. I sincerely hope this can be resolved by both parties asap.

I've been having this problem from the beginning and it seems like there's no satisfactory answer and that everyone has the same problem. I've taken to basically freezing and then flattening all of my MIDI clips before even starting to use them in arrangement view, which is a big inconvenience because it means you can never remove effects that you've put into it. But it doesn't seem like there are any other options.
