You can download CoreDuoTemp here, http://macbricol.free.fr/coreduotemp/in ... ?rub=dwnld

It constantly monitors your cpu temp.

So 63 is nothing to be concerned about, ta ! Unfortunately I'm using a 410.Probably going to upgrade to MOTU but waiting to see if E-MU offer a firewire version of the 1616 with OSX drivers.Slim chance I know :)

zappen . . . do you have nothing better than tomake people feel foolish?if you think its such a stupid topic, why did you join it? just to show someone that they dont know anything??

in answer to the original question, mine runs at about 67 when fully coocking in live recording live audio... as far as i can tell, no problem except for a louder than normal fan, which can pickup in the sound of mics recording

hmmmmmmm....let's see....

link 1......NO mention of ACTUAL temperature
link 2......NO mention of ACTUAL temperature
link 3......woo hooooo 2 mentions of ACTUAL temperature
link 4......1 mention of ACTUAL temperature

Hardly exhaustive.Maybe you should learn to use the search function you so charmingly champion.Ever tried applying a modicum of comprehension to a thread's actual meaning ?

I could understand you treating me with disdain if you had like 2/3000 posts on here....but.....240 ? You hardly own the place.
