When I export dry guitar tracks that were recorded direct into my mbox in pro tools LE into Live they sound like they have vibrato on them. They sound warbly and strage. What could be wrong?
Thanks,
Blair
tracks exported from pro tools sound strange
Make sure the tempo of the Live set into which you are importing the clips is the same as the tempo at which they were recorded. If you have already done this, then make sure Live is properly interpreting the tempo of those clips. You can find out Live's reading of the clips in the clip view where it says "orig. bpm." under "warp."

just to add: changing the warp method from "beats" to "tones" generally fixes up the warble on gtr and bass, giving you a greater tempo range to play around with.
