Pitchbend for DJ use

Post by Kris O'Neil » Tue Mar 20, 2007 12:09 pm

Hey there,

one feature I think would be very handy for DJ use, would be a pitch bender.

Just a small + and - button, to slow down or speed up the tempo temporary, in case it's not 100% same tempo as the other track running (usually in a 2 minutes beatmix, it will start to clash - this feature would help it).

What you think?

In the mean time, if you are on PC, there was a plugin released recently that does exactly what you want. I don't have the link, but I believe it was called "Push/Pull". Maybe try a search in the forums.

It would be nice to have a plus & minus adjustment for Tempo on Each Track. Perhaps it could be a Live Effect drag/dropped into the chain and then one could be added to the Master Track for integration with Vinyl tempo syncing.
