please help

I was working on some music in my ableton live program, but I have ran into some type of problem which I can't fix. Okay I have ableton open first because I have reason in slave mode to play ableton. Okay everything was working fine until I decided to export a file in reason. because after I did this, I was not able to get any sound from my reason program. now when ableton is closed I have no problem with running reason to its fullest.
but when I open up ableton that's where the problem starts. I am using a PC, now when I press my spacebar, I am able to stop in start reason but there is no sound.

well i don't rewire with reason but shouldn't the sound from reason be rewired into ableton? when you click "IN" in ableton do you not see anything?

were you getting sound from reason while it was in slave mode coming FROM reason(as in not into ableton) ?

what and why are you needing to export anything from reason? As long as Ableton is opened first and then open Reason, they should be synced together. to get audio to play through, select input on an audiotrack from reason1,2 and midi to reason from live on a midi track.
