SupaTrigga

Post by Mbazzy » Mon Dec 22, 2003 2:31 pm

A 3.0 set containing [Bram] from SmartElectronix' SupaTrigga VST can not be opened in 3.0.1 under win 2000.

You get a 'serious error occured you should save set as ... etc ' ...

Saving a new set with SupaTrigga in 3.0.1 yields apparently no problem.

yes, others are also having this problem. open the set in 3.0, remove supatrigga, and resave. then it should open again in 3.0.1, where you can re-insert ST

On alu powerbook, os 10.3.2, motu 828, Live 3.01 : Supatrigga has caused Live to quit twice today : once while rendering (but a rendered file was created anyway), the other when closing the app. There were just a few audio files playing and two or three FX apart from Supatrigga (but no greedy reverb !)

Hi folks,

Ok, I put that on our list. Because Xmas and the new year free days we'll not have the time (or better not the personal resources :)) to look into before the beginning on next year.

regards,
Alex

i am having problems with every track containing a smartelectronix plugin. live freezes, occasionally shutting down of its own accord, generally requiring me to restart.

Bram just told me he's aware of the crash problems on Mac ... he's just 'too tied up' for the moment in order to fix it .... prob'bly the New Year for a fix ?

smartelectronix

In Live 3.0, I stripped all VSTs from my tracks, and saved it. Opened these tracks in 3.0.1 and added the VSTs, no problems!

Would be interested if this works for anyone else?

Alex from ableton already give this advice in another post about this problem, it seems like the only solution
