Automap Universal question re live shutdown

Hi there,

Anyone know if this is a sign of a bad installation or an incorrect setup?

I have a Novation Remote SL 25, which runs an application called Automap Universal Server in the system tray. Now when i go to shutdown live - I get a message saying "one or more slave rewire applications are running".

Secondly, i have found that launching automapped vsts will crash live if automap server is not in the system tray - i am guessing this means using automap in live means you gotta start server first, run live, stop the server, shut live. Is this what everyone else experiences or should i reinstall?
