Draw Mode/Pencil Tool Shapes!!!

Post by BassTooth » Tue Mar 27, 2007 6:26 pm

Preset shapes(Square, Triangle, Saw, Sine, etc.) for sculpting envelopes and velocities in Draw Mode would be radical. Awesome, even.

just like in Digital Performer.

let's get some dang crossfades in the arrange as well. an extension of the autocrossfade already included would be fine (just make the crossfade length user customizable). Sometimes you get a lot of pops trying to punch in violins or vocals)... Please!

so true, with the ability to modify preset shapes ala bezier curves to create exponential or logarithmic curves,

to generate complex LFO and modulation,

with multicolored envellope to visualised complexe polyrithmic modulation

agreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeds!!

also (i wasnt sure if this makes for a separate thread, or if its been suggested yet, but) how about SOFT ENVELOPES? as in, drag the envelope to make a curve, rather than a bunch of points. if this feature already exists and i just havent found it, please pm me cuz that'd be awesome.

I'd like it to work like this... you highlight a section of midi or audio... then you can apply the envelope type (style - trianlge sine etc) and can adjust the frequency and amplitude

:)
