Automation/Envelope issues when playing back in Arrangement!

Guys I need your help!!


I have been using live for a while… and I use it now to DJ…. However I am having a problem…

Ok…. I go an record my sets using session view… I use the X-session and the Trigger finger whenever I do my sets.

I use the crossfader to fade between songs. However after I play my set and then go to arrangement view to look at the recorded sets… I click the option so I can see the tracks layed out in arrangement…. I change the options in mixer to view the volume levels and the x-fade assign…


Now I see that they Volume shows up as automation and the pink envelope bars are correct for what the volume is….. however my X-fader assign does not do the automation…. I only see a straight line all the way across… however I can hear through the speakers that the tracks have been mixed but I can’t see the crossfader assignments on the screen!

Please someone help me and let me know what I need to do!!!

Tech Support Answered my question!!! Apparently you can only view the crossfader part in the master view... and then can edit it from there??


If anyone sees something different let me know!!! Why it doesn't have a section per track?? Who knows!!!
