why is it in logic audio loops i record from my soundcard l

get a little click in the audio like if its not looped right and i record within the loop markers but when i import it into ableton the audio loops perfectly when placed in a clip im asking because id like to use logic with ableton and this would be a pain if im transfering audio from ablteton to logic which loops perfectly in ableton but in logic it doesnt loop p[erfectly is anyone usinng the two programs together? i thought logic would be useful for in depth editing and mixing and mastering
