Missing samples

Live 6.05.
Can't find Impulse or Simpler files.
Inititially downloaded from box.
If I reload a Live Pack I'm told it already exists.
Auto search is ineffective.
What silliness am I doing?

I have had the same problem let me no what the fix is please
macbook pro core 2 duo 2.16, 2 gig ram, live 6, reason 3
