Live with Protools 6.1 - How do I setup Rewire?

Hey -
I have Ableton Live 2.0 and Protools 6.2 on a Mac G4 1.42 with 2 mB Ram.

I'm trying to figure out how I can get Live and Protools running at the same time - basically LIVE as the slave. I've seen my friends do this on their computers by going to the effects plug-ins in Protools and seeing Ableton Live as an option. However, I don't have it appear in mine - how do I get it to show up?? I want to sync the two programs to run beats off live while recording in Protools. I've already downloaded CoreAudio but this doesn't fix it.

Hi hiddenaway,

If you really use a Live 2.0.x (probably Live 2.0.3) version it can't work because this version did not yet have ReWire slave support for OS X.

ReWire slave functionality for OS X is supported since Live version 2.1.
But as an owner of Live 2.0.x you can download the free update to Live 2.1.2. ( www.ableton.com/downloads )
