Where else in the world can you sue someone for $65 mil. over a lost (but later found) pair of pants?

And everyone probably remembers the McDonald's case where someone spilled coffee on her self and got millions for it!

The litigation culture adds significantly to insurance costs here. Partly why hiring a contractor costs from $75 p/h. Ridiculous.

Dude is going to lose his suit, have to pay all their legal defense fees and costs, and probably lose his job.

Dude is going to lose his suit, have to pay all their legal defense fees and costs, and probably lose his job.

he also should be forced to hold a sign in public (like many judges force ) that says: i am a huge asshole

Also note the frivolous lawsuits at the end of the clip. A man is suing Michael Jordan, because he looks just like him and he's tired of it! OMG!

Did anyone ever listen to the Phil Hendrie show? There was this character called Steve Bozell, who always sued everyone for the most amazing reasons.
