UVI Engine Error, Live won't load Battery

I am hoping someone has dealt with this or knows how, but when I try to assign my plugin folder, Live won't load Battery 3. I get a message that says "UVI Engine Error, Could not load plugin, Error ID: 2". I've tried reinstalling both Live and Battery, trashing my preferences file, and renaming my Battery dll file but nothing has worked. I have it working correctly on my laptop, but on my desktop it seems to be having a problem. Anyone know of any solutions?
