adjust multiple tracks send simultaneously

Post by frugalpole » Sat Jun 09, 2007 12:08 am

is there any way to select 5 tracks, and in one action move all their send knobs up at the same time?

or how about adjusting multiple tracks routing. i can't find anything in the documentation about this...

Well, you could map all the knobs to one controller, but I bet that's not quite what you're after

easiest way to do that would be to route them all to a buss, then use the send on that. I'm not aware of any clever workaround in terms of midi remote, longjohns suggestion seems like the best method if you go that route.

for example in protools you can select tracks, and then while hold downa combination of apple-shift (option), you can change one tracks output ... and the rest of the tracks follow... major time saver. but no way to do this in PT.

i want to highlight 8 tracks, turn 1 tracks send, but have the adjustment effect all tracks. etc.

great way to set up submixes, etc.
