I'm new to Live and find it good so far with one exception. I currently use Tracktion 2.1.0.11, Mac OS 10.3.9 and tried to Rewire Ableton Live Lite 6.0.7 to it.
There are some really cool audio effects in Live that were sounding good when I played my guitar through them when I was running Live on it's own. So, I thought to myself, these would be good Rewired to Tracktion.
Alas no. I can get midi instruments working just fine using Rewire, but I can't get any audio through. In Live, the audio track meters have no activity at all and I can't record enable the audio track either in Live. The meters and record enable work fine on the midi track. Checking Live's Preferences (when Rewired) just tells me that it's in Rewire Slave mode and won't let me make any changes.
Any suggestions?
