Audio units fail to launch

After upgrading to OSX 10.4.9 my audio units fail to launch (moto:symphonic inst,.ethno inst. Arturia analog factory) Vst's work fine and stand alone. All 3 techs think it is others' problem. Files appear to be in right location.
