AMT8 doesn't recieve Midi Clock with Live

I try to recieve Midi Clock with my AMT8 that is sent from a MT4. Logic 7 recocnises the clock but Live doesn`t. If I recieve the very same Midi Clock with my M-Audio Firewire 410 it works with both Logic or Live. Problem is the M-Audio 410 Midi doesn`t work too well and I could imagine the AMT8 would do a better job.
