another great idea would be to play the song backwards - with the clips still playing forwards, so i could live out a drum track (in front of crowd),
then when it gets to the end, it starts playing backwards, but with the clips still playing forwards. then i could add a bassline, and when it gets to the end it would play forwards, again. most spontaneous set ever.
also, when i use live (only delta version) and recorded an arrangement, and theni changed all my clips for new ones, the original clips still played. could you also change it so that the aforementioned bassline could be substituted for a new clip? that would really impress.
also, a quick pattern reverse would be good, so if going backwards you can reverse the pattern so to keep the music driving, or whatever.
and a randomize anything command - randomise pattern, (create random pattern or just shuffle whithin selection), randomise clips on the session view to change their place ( and with the above request change the whole song) and randomise fx controls (maybe with threshold setting so that fx dont go wild)
