metronome recording on armed track?

Post by gilldrums » Sat Jul 14, 2007 8:05 am

I can't seem to get the metronome to stop recording on an armed track. It's volume is coming from the master track's solo fader, too. I would assume that the met isn't supposed to leak through...is it my card, or some input/output setting?

Thanks.

describe your problem a little more indepth and i'm sure someone will. I can't reproduce the problem on my comp so i don't know what's going on.

keeping it in the thread

To keep metronome questions in the same thread...

This might be a noob issue but it's one I've never been able to figure out. Is there a way to route the metronome where someone can hear it in their headphones but not others?

What are you recording? and have you got a microphone on monitor because that would record the metronome, and if you had it on monitor it would feed the metronome through again..
