Enigma not communicating with UC33e

Anyone else have this problem?

I load up the presets I want in Enigma, then press the Upload button.

The UC33e blinks a flashing '545' number, like it's uploding info.

However, the UC33e does not take it's settings. I'm afraid the flashing '545' might be the unit resetting to factory defaults? but if so, why is that happening?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm running Live 6 on a Macbook, OS 10.4.1, Firebox interface, UC33e controller

tried contacting m-audio about this?
i doubt its something to do with live.

It's not 545 - it's SYS, short for Sysex (System exclusive). Once you've downloaded the Enigma settings to your UC-33e you need to save the preset (ie - store the enigma settings in one of the UC-33e's preset banks).

Wow - I really sound like I know what I'm talking about there!
