If you are a Mac user then you're all set because your solution lies in OSX's aggregate devices, however if you are a PC user, this option is not available to you.
Before you rush out and buy a bunch of monoural "Y"-splitters to fake the extra outs or spring for a more expensive box, you should try out the following since it's a much simpler and FREE solution.
What you need to do is use the free ASIO4All driver (which I believe ships with the FCA202, if not you can get it here: http://www.asio4all.com). This ASIO driver has the capability of handling multiple cards and will provide a control panel with which you can activate any other audio devices (such as your onboard sound card in tandem with your FCA202) giving you additional assignable stereo pairs.
Install the ASIO4All driver and in Live's prefference menu choose "ASIO" as your Driver Type and also select it as your "Audio Output Device". Open the ASIO4All control panel by choosing the "Hardware Setup" option > choose "Advanced" and you will see a list on the left of all available audio interfaces and sound cards. Enable your onboard soundcard in this list and viola, you have enough assignable outputs to route pre-fader listening to in addition to your master output. A word of caution, make sure that your samplerates are set correctly or you will experience problems like lag and dropouts. The FCA202 control panel's samplerate settings has a nasty habbit of overriding the ASIO4All settings so you may want to set these up first so that they will match.
Other benefits of using the free ASIO4All driver are that sometimes you can get lower latency times with it. I'm not sure how but many of my audio apps are reporting lower latencies using this driver.
