Session to Arrangement

when i swap between the two veiws the i hit start for some reason my channels go a faded colour and nothing plays .. im confused can anyone help me? im sure it svery very simple so dont slam me

there is a button lit red, near the center of the controls up top

click that...

it is called the 'back to arrangement" button
