possible to have all looping go to arrange window?

Post by carsandtrains » Tue Aug 21, 2007 11:38 pm

i'm doing some live looping, triggering different tracks/scenes...

i was wondering if it was possible to retain the entire looping session, including the whole build up... all the changes to seperate scenes, record in the arrangement window... so i can retain the whole session verbatim... so when i go back i can play it, bounce it down, etc... and not just have it doing the final loops i've got setup... if that wording makes sense at all?

like if i start out looping track 1, scene one... build up track 2, scene one.. and so forth..

if there's a way so then i can go back, and play that whole session again, so that it starts playing in the order i sequenced it live, track 1, scene one, then track 2, etc.

essentially using it as a live production tool that i can keep track of the entire creation and structure of the song i made?

before you do all that, set the time marker up top to 1.1.1 and hit the record button at the top dead center of the Live screen.
