DEMO MODE OFF OPTION

I'm a owner of Live 6LE and have it unlocked, but when I tired to activate the HIDE option for each product all was optional to hide EXCEPT the "ESSENTIAL INSTRUMENT COLLECTION". This product do not have a option to hide, so I can get out of demo mode. I need to save my work!

Hi, in the Preferences:Product Overview, what does it say for EIC: "Hidden" or "Demo Mode"?

The EIC should be hidden by default, there is no demo mode option.

When I'm in the Preferences:Product Overview for EIC... it's displaying in "Demo Mode". Therfore when in session it's in demo mode and can not save. I do not have a option for "Hidden" only the "unlock" button is given. it's NOT Hidden by default.

Hi, are you on Mac or PC?

Can you try removing your unlock.cfg from
Mac: /User/Library/Application Support/Ableton/Unlock
Win: C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Application Data\Ableton\Live \Unlock

You may have to enter your serial number again when starting Live.
