Pioneer DJM-700

Now this looks interesting, I have been on the fence about the DJM-800 a while, but if the improvements and price are right this could be very nice:

While we're on the subject. This months DJ Mag has a free 'gear' supplement, covered by everyones favourite beardy star wars geek Tom Middleton! Anyway...it's got an extensive-ish look at Tom using the DJM 700 and commenting on it's abilities etc.....appears cheaper (costs something like £700) than the DJM800 AND holds most of the functionality and a few new things, still has MiDi too and the same sound card/board as the 800....Sounds like a no-brainer to me.

Too much cash. $1299? I'd take a Korg Zero 4 for the same or even a little less but that's just my two cents.

There's also a review of the Zero4 in the DJMag itself...looks like it gets a pretty good write up and is quoted as costing £799...so yeah same or more in cost.

The Zero4 looks way nicer. I've never really got along with how Pioneer mixer sound though. I've not played with a Zero4 either.
