VST plugins disappear in ProTools rewire mode

When I use the full version of Live 3.03 in ProTools 6.2.3 on a Mac all my VST plugs disappear from Live and the options to set the VST folder and the rescan button disappears.

This was not a problem in 3.02.

Any ideas.

I was just informed by tech support that VST plugs are unavailable under rewire slave mode in ProTools. The reason is that the audio is controled by PT.

That sucks. And it has to change!
