Hmm, thanks for the advice - but that's not it. You see. Deadbeat's beats has a certain groove to it (you can't do it with the global groove thingy) ... take 2 of his bars for instance.
The first two beats fall perfectly (drum) (drum) On 1 & 1.2 in the midi editor and then a snare on 1.3 - however the next two following beats are somewhat offkey and therefore the whole piece won't "fit into" a 2 bars section. . - it's possible to make a section about 2.2.2 long that get's me where I want to go, - but, as I mentioned, - this fuckes up the records timing of all the follwing parts. . since 2.2.2 is not something live is set up to records in - only 2,4,6,8 and so on....But maybe I just don't know how to configure the program according to my wishes. .
