PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY FIREPOD

I just got live lite 5 in an m-audio bundle, and was wondering if there was anyway to record 4 tracks at once. I'm using a presonus firepod, and it allows me to create the tracks, but when I got to assign tracks 3 and 4 to lines 3 and 4, my only options are 1 and 2. Is this because I have the trial version, or am I missing some setup step? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Go to Live's preferences/audio and activate Input Channels 3/4

By default, Live only keeps channel 1/2 active (i.e. selectable) to conserve CPU resources.

You will find the same is true for outputs.
