selectlocators and deactive clip key command

i would like to be able to select position locators so they can be cut/copied/pasted like anything else.

i would also like to have a ctrl-'something' key command for deactive clip. that would be a real time saver when managing large arrangements.

Copy the name from one locator, place a new locator somewhere, paste.
Or do you mean you want to copy multiple locators at once to paste them somewhere with their relative distance remaining intact?

Absolutely! A shortcut for 'Deactivate' is a must have. On OSX I've assigned my custom shortcut to it, but a 'proprietary' one would be good.
