JOHN KAMEEL FARAH (12:00-12:45)

After being voted "best pianist in Toronto" for 2006
by Now Magazine - specifically for daring to expand
upon his classical virtuosity with fearless jazz,
experimental electronic, drum-and-bass and noise
performances, 2007 has seen Farah continue to gig
tirelessly in pursuit of ever-expanding musical
horizons. Following his record 103% result on the
Royal Conservatory of Jungle's "Asymmetrical Sound
Warfare: Theory and Viscerality" practical exam
(invigilated by professors Grant McKeown and Eric
Shinn) Farah's bumper crop of new productions this
year have yielded dubstep and breakcore symphonic in
scope, hardcore you know the score. Remember that rave
your parents went to in the 1960s with the back-2-back
sets by Steve Reich and Glenn Gould? John was going to
burn a harpsichord in Antarctica for "Planet Aid"
earlier this year, but Al Gore told him "that would be
too Hendrix".

CLIPH, POCKETROOT & GORF (10:30-12:00)

A hardcore glitch trio heavier than poutine, with the
melodic sophistication of melted brie. Combinatorial
Intelligent-Dance-Mayhem as Cliph, Pocketroot and Gorf
perform solo Live PA sets, as well as collaborative
jams sure to warp heads and feet. Teetering on the
brink of total anarchy and chaos, polyrhythms and
twisted tracks channel a new world core like wildcats
ripping tissues to the toilet paper roll they Iz N UR
BASS, LOLOLOL,LOL,LOL,LOLOLOLOL,ROFL.

DJs SESS.ION & 1NV151BL1NG (01:30-03:00)

Vas Cranis & Eric Shinn. Reggae, DnB, Dubstep. Massive
selections from jungle to tundra. Icebreaker and
tugboat tag-team. Huge and heavy, nimble and precise.
Big cargo belowdecks, depth-charge blasts through
towering squalls. All hands on deck... Metaphors are
no substitute for dancing your ass off. Seriously
swell vibes! Crop circles at the square dance,
barn-burning blunts crate-digging for needles in
haystacks, etc.
