"Preferences" under Options menu??

I can't find "preferences under the Options menu like it says in Manual?? I need to try to fix some problems and need to access stuff like Input Buffer and Pre-listen. HELP

In OSX, the Preferences area is in the pull down menu named after the app you're using. SAFARI, LIVE, MAIL, whatever. It's a no-brainer really.
