as a ableton 6 user im getting the hang of how to manage files better.
but my question is how do you make a clip file or .alc ? for example they come with ableton anyway. it consists of midi note data with a device eg.IMPULSE, you drag it into the midi track, but you can also add more in the scene sections going down with other midi grooves saved.
this would be great as i could have clips that are not saved as audio but as a clip file.
