I've noticed that when using the AU version of Microtonic, Live doesn't save any of the automation for the patterns.
It will happily record them and you can edit them freely, but if you save, cloase and reopen a project they are all lost. The same applies to the start/stop automation.
Does anyone know of a reason for this? Since the AU version is so much easier to use I'd like to find some way round this

PS - The pattern automation in the VST version works fine, but you have to fiddle around with decimal numbers rather than A,B,C etc etc
