Hi,
I am trying to setup my Edirol PCR-800 to work as Control Surface.
I have created a folder (whose name is PCR) under User Remote Scripts and I had copied UserConfiguration.txt into that folder.
The name 'PCR' appears in preferences->midisync->controlsurfaces combo box (no problem).
Next I setup respective input to my
input midi port '1:Edirol PCR 1'.
And I checked track and remote to ON on table with midi ports.
Live receive midimessages but doesn't use them as remote controller messages
Well, looking inside my UserConfiguration.txt I have a line
InputName: 1:Edirol PCR 1
Pay attention that there is a ':' in the middle of port name and I'm afraid that the problem is there.
I have already tried:
InputName: '1:Edirol PCR 1'
InputName: "1:Edirol PCR 1"
InputName: Edirol PCR 1
but nothing. Unfortunately, midiyoke ports have ':' character in the middle of name as well.
Please, give me an Idea to fix this problem. I'm really getting nuts cos I bought a new PCR-800 and I'm not taking any advantage of that
