missing samples bug in 6 upgrade

Surprised this hasn't been fixed. Upgraded from 5 to 6. Please tell me what's up with this!

I downloaded a Live 5 Compatibiltiy Pack Fix - it didn't help.
I manually located the E-kick and E-percs and Spectral16 from the Library/Samples/Waveforms... and drag'n'dropped them into the file manager, but the collect and save button in the manager remains greyed-out.
Doing a Collect All and Save works for that set, but I do not want to do that for every live set that contains those samples.

How can this be globally fixed?
