Crashing while Rendering to disk

Anyone else have a problem with Ableton crashing while it renders to disk? I've been using 6.0.7 for a while and all of a sudden it's been crashing whenever I render anything.

I'm using a mac powerbook G4 (1.33 GHz processor). I updated the version to 6.0.10 and it's still giving me problems...

I once had this issue and corrected it by changing the sampling frequency. My soundcard was not 48K compatible and I was trying to render my songs at 48K. ableton never gave an error and am not sure if this was the problem however, once I changed the settings to 44.1K it run smoothly.

How full / fragmented is your HD?
