getting a song onto live lite 6

how do i...let's say, get a song from itunes onto live lite 6?

As far as I know you can't do this because most of the tracks from iTunes are DRM-protected and aren't supported by Live.

Also, in general Live Lite does not support MP3 playback - and probably doesn't support AAC/whatever iTunes uses - so you'd need to convert your encoded files to WAV or AIFF to use with Live Lite.

it depends which edition of Live Lite 6 you're using (they vary according to the product it was bundled with). they don't all support mp3 I think.

in the full version, you can drag n drop any song that's in the iTunes library into Live (provided that it's not DRM-protected or a m4a file)

pretty useful!

Live Lite 6 doesn't support MP3 files but do support non-protected AAC.

Hi Pavel

Actually my Live Lite 6 Allen & Heath Edition does support MP3. Like I said, all Live Lite versions are not the same
