thats a strange question to ask. It really depends on what you are looking to get form your vox.

Personally I like to use an old analog mixer infront of my vox or a real tube amp, however i can get some kick ass results with just going DI and slapping some compression, subtractive EQ, occasional doubler and some reverb.

In the end woarth is just harmonic distortion. What people construe as warmth is actually distortion. :wink:
