I was wondering if ableton live 7 could add a feature to render a mix as a mp3
not just as a wav only, like 320k mp3 cbr stereo quality
because i think it would be really useful, because sometimes looking for the right converter, is a such a long task to research and find the right program
so why not give ableton live 7 the ability to render the mix / song as a high quality mp3, or let the user choose what quality of mp3 to render

The way I understand it, Ableton would have to pay licensing fees to use the mp3 codec, thus raising the price a bit for us. Maybe that has nothing to do with it.
In the meantime, I have been using [url=http://www.poikosoft.com/]Easy CD-DA Extractor[.url] for years and it is great. The mp3 encoding is top notch as it uses the LAME codec, which is the best AFAIK. Well worth $30 IMO.
