Simple addition to Key Mapping Mode

I'd would like it if you could map keyboard keys to be the same as GATE triggering for clips.

ie.

You could press a key and whilst it was held down it would transmit 127 and back to 0 when it was released.

It would be useful for 'spot' effects when DJing, such as delay.

I think it would be very easy to incorporate as it is similar to the other mapping functions like absolute/relative etc.
