Live 7 Novation Remote Automap

Hm, I got that working with Live 6 but Live 7 doesn't.

-Novation Remote SL 25 OS 3.0
-Live 7.0.1
-Preferences just as shown on the Novation page

The Remote shows the parameters of sliders, devices and so on. If I change the values in Live with the mouse, the display of the Remote is updated. If I change the selected device, the display is updated. The remote is also sending Midi. because I can map the sliders, encoders, buttons... to Live in the Midi mapping mode.

But if I change the sliders e.g. for the volume, nothing happens in Live.

I reinstalled Automap. Still does not work... Any idea?

Hi,

Open the Live Preferences:MIDI and check your settings under Remote Control Surface Input and OUtput

For the RemoteSL, there should be 2 Inputs available. Choose the other available port and check if the problem is still happening.

By the way, you can also get this problem when you Start Live and then turn the RemoteSL on.
