I am using the bitstream 3x and for some reason when I try assign the crossfade to the software crossfade it does not work. Well not exactly if i move the hardware fader very slowly it responds. So then I try it with another fader on the bitstream and the same problem occurs. If I assign this faders hardware faders to a software volume there is no problem. Response is great.
error on crossfade when i try to make it function:
"crossfade awaiting pickup 34B << 50B"
then i try a fader from my mc505 to control the crossfade in abelton live 6.0.7.
I am thoroughly confused. also tried midi hook up on the bitstream and no luck. All signs point to the bitstream but why would the faders then work perfectly on other software control functions?
any help greatly appreciated.
