That is the Slicer!

The fact that you can open up each slice to a temporary channel strip puts this as contender for the most innovative and useful feature in a DAW in years.

it's only the groove swing issues that are left to contend with. once it becomes childs play to create loads of funky swing then and only then will Live actualy be able to contend with the beloved MPC
