Faderfox Midi Question

Post by dominicw78 » Wed Dec 05, 2007 3:56 am

I recently purchased an LC2 controller, which I'm intending to use for performing with Live. I'm using one of the templates that is include for the midi set up.

One aspect I'd like to change is to use the EQ3 instead of EQ8. I'd like have the set up pretty much the same as it is for the EQ8, in that which ever track is chosen the various pots control the low, mid, high, for that track only.

However when I attempt to set this up with the EQ3 I can't work out how to get seperate CC number for each eq on each track corresponding to the one pot. They all end up getting the same CC number for the one pot and so when I move the pot it changes the eq on all the tracks.

With the template supplied when you change an eq setting on one track it effects that tracks eq only, as it has an individual CC number for that tracks eq.

Could anyone please explain how I get around this.
