Making Demo CDs

I just made a demo cd for a restaurant that will hire me for NYE. My question is when making demo cd is it good to insert clips saying "DJ XXX Demo CD". The reason I ask is because if I make a mix and provide the venue with the cd, then that's there way of saying "ok we have your music now we don't need you...." or something to that affect.

I highly doubt they would even go to the trouble to steal your demo that way. If they needed a DJ mix for NYE, they could just get one from the internet without having to talk to anyone.
