trigger scene change in tandem with triggering a track

hey, i was wondering if there was a way to assign a midi message to both the scene change buttons and a track's record trigger function in the midi mapping .

i've seen that with some commands you can assign multiple buttons to one midi note, but not those two.

it'd be great if you could, and even get it to change the scene, play the next scene, and record on a track at the same time.

otherwise when i hit my midi pedal it simple changes the scene, but the previous scene continues to play.
