Opening new sessions without touching keyboard

Hey all
I'm new to Ableton so Im not sure if this is an easily answered question but I wanted to see if there is an easy way to go from one session to the next without touching the keyboard (or keeping my laptop interaction to a complete minimum. via midi perhaps?)

Basically Im using ableton during my live solo shows and dont want to go anywhere near the laptop. i have 8 tracks (each in their own ableton session) and I'd like to go from one song to the next without walking to the laptop, closing and opening the files.

Is there a quick and easy way to do this?
